What?
Each session has a clear rhythm:

Reflection - looking at what’s been working (and what hasn’t) since we last met.
Intention - deciding what you’d like to focus on that day.
Action - leaving with practical steps and new tools you can immediately apply.
How we use our sessions depends on what you need most at the time. For example:

-
Exploring how ADHD shows up in your day-to-day routines and energy levels
-
Building personalized systems for time management, focus, or emotional regulation
-
Navigating workplace challenges or conversations with colleagues and managers
-
Developing strategies for self-advocacy and boundaries
-
Reframing self-criticism into self-understanding

Together in these sessions, we'll celebrate difference and unlock brilliance ✨
Every coaching journey begins with understanding - not assumptions.
Before we dive in, we’ll start with an initial consultation. This is a chance for us to get a full picture of what’s going on for you - both professionally and personally. If you’re coming through your workplace, I’ll also gather relevant information from your line manager, HR, or wellbeing lead (with your consent, of course). This helps make sure the support we design actually fits your environment, not just your diagnosis.

After this first meeting, we’ll agree together on how many sessions you might need. Some people like a short burst of focused sessions; others prefer a longer-term space to build and embed strategies. There’s always room to extend or adapt things evolve - life isn’t linear, and neither is coaching. A lot of my work is with individuals in educational settings, but all of my working principles are also adapted and transferred to many workplaces and many roles. Our sessions are tailored focus on you and your circumstance rather than being one-size-fits-all.
