Why?

Support delayed is potential wasted.

What often gets labelled as a “performance” or “competency” issue is, in reality, an unmet need. With the right support, neurodivergent staff don’t just cope - they thrive.

👎🏼 Access to Work applications are taking up to 30 weeks just for an initial chat.
👎🏼 That’s months of waiting, stress, burnout, and staff loss, before help even arrives.
👎🏼 Meanwhile, teachers and education professionals are leaving the field in record numbers. Many of them are neurodivergent and unsupported.
