Hi, I'm Miggi.
Now, my driving belief is simple:
everyone deserves the right support to actually thrive - not just “get by.”
My work is all about helping people understand how their unique brains operate and then finding strategies that fit them (not the other way around). Support is more than allowing someone to wear headphones in their PPA time or having a 5 minute grace period for turning up to their duty. Support can look like:
✨ practical tools to manage daily life
✨ emotional support when things feel overwhelming
✨ guidance on navigating systems and agencies
✨ a non-judgmental space to process experiences

Over the years, I’ve supported people through self-referral, diagnosis, and the rollercoaster that comes after. Many of my clients are in education themselves, balancing the demands of their job with the realities of being neurodivergent.
What I bring is a blend of lived experience and professional expertise. My coaching offers a safe, supportive space to explore, experiment with strategies, and move forward with more clarity and confidence.
So, whether you’re diagnosed, exploring the possibility of ADHD, or simply looking for strategies that fit the way your brain works - I’d love to support you through one-to-one ADHD coaching tailored to you ✨
A freelance ADHD coach with a background in education, wellbeing, and neurodivergence awareness.
I wasn’t diagnosed with ADHD and Autism until adulthood - after living with both unknowingly for over 30 years. That moment of clarity completely reshaped how I see myself and the world around me. Like so many late-diagnosed folk, I’d built up all sorts of survival strategies without even realising it. Helpful? Sometimes. Enough? Definitely not.

I’ve spent over a decade in education wearing a lot of different hats: classroom teacher, Head of Year, cover supervisor, PSHE coordinator, SMSC Lead - you name it. In that time, I’ve:
-
supported SEN students
-
worked closely with occupational health and other support workers
-
mentored trainee teachers
-
worked as a wellbeing and yoga consultant, with a big focus on staff mental health and resilience.
And now I’m here with a sole focus to support educational staff with their ND brain in an NT world.
